Refund policy

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in unused condition, exactly as you received it. It should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any body odor or fragrance. Please note that if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we regretfully cannot provide a refund.

To initiate an exchange, kindly send the item back to our company address along with a note including your order number and email address. Please remember to keep the tracking number for reference.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. As long as the item are in their original, unworn condition and free from any odors, there should be no complications.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe. Typically, it takes around 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your card.
